Our Process for Quality Control
- Before developing any part we make process flow chart & control plans.
- From starting we inspect brass rod purchased from supplier.
- Third party inspection of brass rod composition
- During production, online inspection with qualified technicians, any problem arise during the production we immediately take preventive actions.
- Whole lot goes for final inspection and visual inspection so there is very less chance that rejected material goes to customer.
- We provide Raw Material test Report, Final Inspection Report with the dispatch.
- Go/No - Go Gauges for accurate thread dimensions
